Hey,

I just bought this beautiful program today, and I’m impressed about the performance of the program and the options. For most of my customers I have to explode the companies catalog PDF’s to double page PDF’s. It works perfect. My only problem: I need extracted PDF’s who start with example: “Page 0-1.pdf”. PDFClerk always starts with “Page 1-2.pdf” . Is there any chance to change this, in any way?

Thx

Matti

Hi Matti,

I’m glad you like it! grin

I take it you mean you use the two-up imposition to create the “double-page” PDFs, then use the explode export function to save each imposed sheet in the document as a separate PDF. There is currently no way to change the start number of the file names, but I think it will be easy to add that option. I’ll look into it.

Ok, so from the next update you will be able to set a starting number for file naming. You can also choose to instead use page labels for the file numbering. I like these new options.  cool smile

Hey Antonio,

thank you for your quick ans supporting answer!!!! grin I used a program “A better finder renamer 8” on my mac to change the filnames last night (I was in a hurry). It might be “super” to find this option in the next update! It would make my workflow easier.

Thank you so much!

regards Matti
