Hello again!

We are trying to add page numbers to the top-right of a landscape-oriented PDF.

The page numbers are displaying rotated 90 degrees clockwise as if the pages were portrait-oriented—see the attached screenshot.

This behavior is different from the “non-Pro” PDFClerk (v.2.8.5), where the page labels get added in the correct orientation.

Can you advise how we correct this in PDFClerk Pro (we are using v.3.9.2)?  We have tried many settings adjustments, and nothing seems to work!

I think your source material consists of pages that are rotated 90 degrees. Try the following:

-Open the source PDF
-Export it back out to PDF (under a different name)
-Open the freshly created copy
-Add the page numbers

I think that should add the page numbers with correct orientation.

Yes, thanks ... that works, but there is another bug that we have discovered:

In the Document Settings Editor > Labels, if you click on the “Font” button and set a font in the palette that appears, all of the other settings in the Labels dialog get reset to defaults (it seems to happen as soon as you select a different font). The “Draw Page Labels” menu reverts to “No,” for instance, and other parameters are reset to their defaults.

Closing the Font palette returns the dialog to normal behavior, but if you entered non-default parameters before opening the Font palette, they will be lost, requiring re-entering them.

Just thought you should know!
