Now with full View of PDF Nomad = the whole display,

- how to exit from Full View?

ESC does not do it.

(there was a little button or something at the right bottom, but I managed to click it off, away it was!)

It works the standard Lion way: move the cursor to the top of the screen to show the menu bar and the toolbar. Then the click the Full-Screen button at the right again to toggle out of full screen.
