There is currently no “group” command in PDFClerk, but you can use shift click to select multiple elements, or drag select multiple elements, and those can then be moved together, or copied and pasted (or simply duplicated) together.

The base PDF page on each PDFClerk page is locked by default. If you want to be able to move it you have to unlock it first (see tools menu).
